Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items with 3 - 5 working days, this may be longer during busy periods.
Please advise us if a hamper is required for a specific date and we will try our best to meet that date.

All of our hampers sent tracked or signed for. If Royal Mail or other carriers are unable to complete delivery due to a signature not being obtained or incorrect delivery information and the goods are returned, it is your responsibility for any additional delivery charges. 

Once delivery is made, ownership of the goods will pass on to the recipient. We will not be liable for their loss or destruction. In the unlikely event the hampers arrived damaged, it should be reported immediately.
 
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of the delivery carrier.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and The Dorset Hamper Company if we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order. 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 1 working day after placing the order, if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contacts us at: dorsethamper@gmail.com

If goods you have received from us are damaged or incorrect, please inform us via email: dorsethamper@gmail.com  within 2 working days so that we can rectify this.

If you wish to cancel an order you have received, you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 10 working days from delivery dorsethamper@gmail.com.
The goods must be packaged in perfect condition, unused and returned at your own cost.

FAQ's

Do I have the choice of what the gift gets sent in?
- All of our hampers can be personalised. You have the choice of either a Kraft Box, Gift Tray or Wicker Hamper Basket. 

Can I send the hamper direct to who I'm gifting it to?
- We can send our hampers either direct to the recipient or to yourself to gift personally. Ensure you leave the address in the delivery address section at checkout.

Can a birthday card be sent with the hamper?
- You can add a personalised note in all hampers, alternatively you can purchase a card from our online store.

Can I purchase more than 1 hamper at a time?
- You can order multiple hampers to be delivered to 1 address through our shop. Should you want to send multiple hampers to different people / addresses, please contact us for a quote. We offer a 5% discount for 5+ hampers purchased at one time.
